About ERR

What is Execution Risk Radar?

ERR is an opinionated decision system that helps capital allocators prioritise attention using learned failure patterns. It monitors six signal dimensions across your portfolio — workforce, sentiment, news, filings, funding, and market position — and tells you what to do about what it finds.

Demo Context

This is a demonstration build prepared for the PEI Operating Partners Forum (May 2026). Portfolio data is illustrative — company names have been anonymised. The pattern library uses real company names and publicly available data to demonstrate signal detection capabilities.

How It Works

ERR analyses twelve historical cases of execution failure to identify externally observable signal patterns. These patterns — detectable 12–18 months before collapse — power the scoring model that monitors your active portfolio.

Each company receives a composite risk score (1–10) based on signal strength across all six dimensions, with confidence weighted by data coverage.
